I placed an order for dim sum and received a confirmation with the correct items. The pickup date was later changed, which I accepted. When I arrived, I was told there was no record of my order, even after showing their confirmation. I was then told: “we’re selling it so cheaply, if you don’t get it, it’s fate.” This was extremely disappointing. Basic order management and customer service were not handled properly.

So happy to have a local Asian grocery store near me. My go to for my Asian cooking staples. Always friendly and helpful too.

Excellent range of products!! I was excited to see so many Japanese items that I haven’t seen in England before. Reasonable prices and nice staff.
