• Most of our product are available for delivery service.  Please note that Ice Cream & Milk cannot be delivered for food safety reason.
• Chilled / Frozen item – Cool Box packaging box fee £6.5 will apply at check out (except St Albans / harpenden / Hatfield)
• *We will pack frozen/chilled items with cool box and ice pack to maintain coolness.  items may be defrosted upon arrival, please put in refridgerator/freezer immediately.
• If there is missing stock items – we will contact via Whatsapp / Email for replacement.

Delivery Charges

    St Albans – Free delivery for order £45 or above.  

    UK mainland – Free delivery for order £55 or above.

*Max weight for each free delivery order is 20kg

Delivery Time

3-5 working days after payment.

• You will receive whatsapp / email or other communication with order shipping information after you have paid for your order. 

• Please ensure that you submit your order with accurate delivery details, including the delivery address, particularly the unit number, in order to avoid further issues with delivery.

• If your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, any shipping costs charged to you in respect of that order will not be refunded to you.

• Delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen reasons and during the holiday period.
